The Princess is 8

The Princess is now eight years old. We went to one of the NC aquariums for her birthday. She got her new puppy earlier this month for her birthday present.

I took her and two of her friends out to lunch the day before to celebrate.

Here are some pictures from when we went to the beach the week before school stared.

Here are some pictures that were taken of the same beach same weekend we were there, but just a little bit farther out. Yes those dots are sharks.

Back to School

The kids went back to school today.

The Princes is in 3rd grade and T-bones in 7th. If you want to know what we think of the schools here in NC you will have to call. Words just can not explain it.

August so far

I have been very bad at updating the blog. So here is what we have been doing in August so far.

T-bones got a shrimping net. (so far he has got more fish with it then shrimp)

We went to the Sneads Ferry Shrimp Festival. The princess loved digging for sharks teeth, and I got to see Elvis sing church songs.T-Bone went back to Ann Arbor to go stay with his best friend and his family on Lake Michigan.

Other then that we spend our days at the beach or the swimming pool.
