Christmas Caroling

The Princess and Piglet went Christmas Caroling with the neighborhood kids. They had a great time Piglet loved going up to all the doors.

Second Grade Picnic and End of Year Soccer Party

Princess had her Second Grade Picnic today. Piglet and I were able to come eat with her and her class. It is great to see her with all the good friends she has made here at Northside.

This afternoon she also had her end of the year soccer party. We had great food, clowns, petting Zoo, and bounce house. All the kids had a great time.

Piglets Birthday

He is One! We had a great party and lots of fun. Our Michigan family and their families were here for a great food and cake. Here are some photos before he got his cake and after.

Happy Easter

We had a great Easter. Yesterday we colored a ton of eggs. Piglet just wanted to eat them or throw them over his head.We got together with some of our friends and had Easter dinner. We did an egg hunt for the kids and then had egg wars. They had a lot of fun.

He can walk

This week Piglet started to get brave and let go of the couch when standing. Then today Piglet started walking a few steps. Here is a cute video of him.

Two Teeth

We have teeth! Only one is Piglets, the other is the Princesses. Piglet got his first baby tooth today and the Princess got her first permanent tooth today. To bad she has not lots the baby tooth in front of it yet. We hope that in the next few week it will come out so she can loose her first tooth before she is eight.

We had some warm weather this week and the kids loved it. Piglet just loved to be outside with everyone.

He Thinks She's Funny

Piglet loves the Princess! The were just playing around and he just started laughing so much I had to take a video of it.

Up, Up and Away We Go

Piglet deiced to try to climb up the stairs for the first time today. He made it all the way up to the top. Steve helped him on the first step and then he was off. We are in for it now. Here are some pictures.

He can crawl

I took Piglet to the doctor’s office today for his 9 month check up. He was a little bit on the small side. He is in the 3% for weight, 25% for height. I was talking to the doctor about how he walks around holding onto things but will not crawl at all. She asked me to show her what he would do when you sat him down to crawl. So I did and walked to the other end of the room. Guess what he did, yes he crawled to me. I felt like an idiot after telling the doctor that he has never done this before. We have decided that every time Steve goes out of town Piglet will do something big. Hope he will be there when he starts to walk.

Snow day

Today the kids had a snow day but not because it was snowing but it was -20 with wind chill. They both had friends over and even went outside for abut 5 minutes.Here are some cute pictures of piglet.

Christmas 2008

Christmas was great. T-bones got up early and helped Steve make breakfast. Princess got up just a little bit later (she likes to sleep in even on Christmas). We had the Dodge Family over for breakfast and to open Christmas present. This was the second year they have been able to join us for Christmas morning. It will be sad next year when we will be in different places.

I then took T-bone and Princess out sleigh riding. Just a side note on the 26th I went to the doctors and found out that I have a very bad case of Pneumonia and should not have been out sleigh riding.

Steve and Piglet took a nap instead of sleigh riding.
We also went to Christmas dinner at the Wilcox home.
