Winter Piano Recital

T-bone and The Princess had their winter piano recital today. They both did great for only play for the last two 1/2 months.

WRESTLING TOURNAMENT

T-bones had his season end wrestling tournament today. He took 2nd place in the county for the 93 lbs weight class (he is only 85 lbs but wrestled up all season). The team took 3rd place. We are very proud of all the boy and Steve did a great job coaching.

"MARINERS" 2010 SEASON SCHEDULE

11/03/2009 Swansboro @ Dixon T-bones won with a pin, team lost 30 to 60 but this was many of the kids first time wrestling and Swansboro were the champs last year. They all did great.

11/05/2009 Dixon @ New Bridge They WON! T-bones won his match 11-5. His friend got his 1st pin ever. It was a great way to start the match. The team won 51 to 42.
11/10/2009 Dixon @ Southwest They lost 49 to 24. It was not a fun night. T-bones lost his match by 4 points.

11/12/2009 Jacksonville @ Dixon This meet was moved to 11/16/09. They had the best meet so far. T-bones got a pin and so did ALL but one of the kids on the team. We only got one kid pined all the rest won. The other team only got 6 points but we had to give up 12 extra points because we do not have heavy weights. The score was 18 to 78.
11/17/2009 Northwoods @ Dixon Teva was very sick but still won by points 5 to 1. The team lost 48 to 32 but this was at rough team. They were out of control and so was the coach. We ended up have two kids that got hurt so much that they are now out for the season.
11/19/2009 Dixon @ Hunters Creek T-bones won by points and the team pulled off a win 45 to 43.11/24/2009 Trexler @ Dixon So T-bones won by a pin. The team won also 51 to 39.

12/15/2009 @ SBHS (9:00AM) T-bones took 2nd and the team took 3rd see post.

8 Staples Later

We went out to a sand bar today to go swimming and T-bones hit is leg on a boat propeller. This is the first time we have had to take any of the kids to the ER. So here are some fun photos and some of his leg with the eight staples.

Second Grade Picnic and End of Year Soccer Party

Princess had her Second Grade Picnic today. Piglet and I were able to come eat with her and her class. It is great to see her with all the good friends she has made here at Northside.

This afternoon she also had her end of the year soccer party. We had great food, clowns, petting Zoo, and bounce house. All the kids had a great time.

Happy Easter

We had a great Easter. Yesterday we colored a ton of eggs. Piglet just wanted to eat them or throw them over his head.We got together with some of our friends and had Easter dinner. We did an egg hunt for the kids and then had egg wars. They had a lot of fun.

She Lost it

The princess finally lost her first baby tooth. T-bones lost a tooth on the same day (both teeth needed a little help coming out). T-bones had to put his tooth under his pillow to make her happy. She ran and checked under his pillow right after hers. Good thing the tooth fairy gave both of them the same amount of money.

T-bones also had a wrestling tournament on Sunday and took 3rd.

Two Teeth

We have teeth! Only one is Piglets, the other is the Princesses. Piglet got his first baby tooth today and the Princess got her first permanent tooth today. To bad she has not lots the baby tooth in front of it yet. We hope that in the next few week it will come out so she can loose her first tooth before she is eight.

We had some warm weather this week and the kids loved it. Piglet just loved to be outside with everyone.
